• Both cottages have gas central heating.

• Gas and electricity are included in the price. We provide enough logs for 1/2 fires, further logs, coal, sticks and firelighters can be purchased locally. For further details see terms and conditions with the price list.

• Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread and a bottle of wine.

• Parking is on street and free of charge although waiting times of 40mins apply at Saddler's Cottage between 9am and 5pm Mon to Sat. There is a pay and display car park just round the corner from Saddler's Cottage. Overnight rate 20p.
  

• A Derbyshire Dales District Council weekly parking pass for local pay and display car parks is included for all visits of 7 days or more.

• No smoking in the cottages.

• No pets allowed.
